So I was carving a 3d relief and I used a 1/4" bit for the roughing, than a 1/8" for the first finish pass, and then I put in my 1/16" for a 90 degree finish pass to clean it up a bit more. Once I started that pass the bit drove straight down and bottomed out the bit and since its a connical shape, the whole it made is almost a 1/4" wide. I am thinking there is some issue in the code so if anyone can help pick it apart and give guidance it would be great. I will upload the gcode and the cc file.
Also I found if I put my 1/32 bit in carbide create and run a simulation, it shows a ton of tiny holes throughout the whole piece and yes, the machine will drive the bit all the way to the bottom if I carve it.
