Need help "grbl error: unsuported or invalid g code command found in block

Hi i updated to grbl 1.1 and cm 4.0.412 and this alarm keeps popping up even when just jogging the machine has any one ever seen this thanks in advanced

Did you use the Carbideupdater?

Please check your settings and make sure that you actually got updated to Grbl 1.1
