OK, call me an idiot, but there does the alligator clip wire connect to the machine. Just decided to wire up the touch probe and am clueless on this. Just wondering where the ring connector hooks up on the machine.
ground it to a screw on the machine
A ground screw that is connected to the main frame, not the gantry… one of the screws that holds the cover on the electronics if they’re mounted on the side of the machine works very well.
