Just finished building my new Shapeoko Pro XXL.
Opened up carbide motion to connect the cutter for the first time and get this error.
ERROR: GRBL not found on device
What should I do?
I’ve done plenty of research and nothing has helped. Already sent an email to the support team. Thank you.

Do you know how to fix it? I haven’t been able to use my new Shapeoko since I can’t connect to the cutter

I can’t get Carbide Motion to connect if I have my laser etcher connected. Do you have any other USB devices that are of this type connected (3D printer, laser cutter etc) ?

No. I just have the Shapeoko Pro CNC. Just bought it a week ago and can’t get it connected for the first time

If you haven’t already, try another USB cable.
Mine is in the context of disconnecting when running, something they are saying is EMI. I wait a few minutes, turn off the machine and it’ll allow me to reconnect.
