New VFD stuck at 23,820 RPMS on display?

Ok, broke down and purchased a Carbide VFD. (Broke more ways than one!)

No matter what the speed in the file the RPM’s read 23,820 on the meter for any RPM code sent whether M3S10,000, 18,000, 25,000 etc. Showing up properly in G-Code, and the router doesn’t sound any different at 10,000 or 25,000. Any ideas anyone?

Did you send new settings from Carbide Motion to the controller? Without updated settings, the speed control signal will saturate immediately.

Thanks for the fast response. I did a new setup and added the VFD. Is there something more I need to do?

If you’re on Carbide Motion v6, can you go into the settings menu and post the text in the debug window? Just want to verify the controller has the right values.

Thanks much, fixed it, noticed the bit runner in the debug which for some reason was still applied after I unchecked the first time so went through the setup again!
