Yesterday my bit get stocked in the wood so the motor stops suddenly and no longer spin do you guys know how to fix that I almost get a month with my nomad thanks in advance
If you haven’t already, let us know abouy this at support@carbide3d.com and we will do our best to assist.
I believe that the Nomad is belt driven. Have you check the belt and/or the pulleys. The pulleys are held by set screws and the sudden stop may have spun the pulleys so the set screws are no longer holding onto the shafts.
pulleys are fine still dont spin
i did no answer yet i think because is Sunday i understand.
I did, and I send a video also no answer yet from team support
There’s a limited number of folks with Nomads and most of them work Mon-Fri, California business hours — you should have a response today.
Thanks a lot good day
It is true that in this cases normally is the board? Where can I get a new one? Do you guys sell them? Still don’t have the 30 days but almost. Are the shoepolo pro came with the same card?
I will yield to what the folks who responded to your ticket said, but yes, a replacement board sounds right.
thanks, do you guys have available some video or graphics how to replace the board?
Please check in at support@carbide3d.com — worst case is someone pulls the back off of theirs and send you a photo.
