I want to buy a Shapeoko 5.1 Pro but I’m use to Easel Software is Carbine Create a difficult software
I’d say that Easel is a little easier to get started with, because it’s got a more defined workflow, but it’s a lot more limited. Carbide Create (and all other CAD/CAM software) will take a little more to get up and running, but it will take you a lot further.
Also, it doesn’t have to be just one or the other. You can continue to use Easel with the S 5.1, especially if you have existing projects you want to continue with, AND also use CC for new projects where it makes sense.
You can always download CC free version and play around with it to see what it/you can do. I had no CAD experience and while I’m still learning I find it’s hasn’t been too hard to design anything I’ve done so far.
The principles are much the same for any sort of vector drawing/CAD software, so what you have learned with Easel should apply to Carbide Create (or as noted, you can just use Easel).

@Wilson Plus…there’s a lot of folks out here to help you with your CC journey. And you can’t beat @WillAdams for almost-immediate answers!
Will’s list is pretty thorough, but I always tell people to check out our Jumpstart course: Shapeoko Jumpstart | Carbide 3D
It’s a click-by-click walk-through/tutorial, and might actually be more detail than you want. But it’s practical (shows you how to make 3 projects), not an abstract sequence of concepts, and you can just skim through it to get a pretty good idea for what’s required. I’m reasonably confident 99% of people can handle it.
At the end of the day though, Create is free to mess around with, so there’s really no reason not to at least give it a try.
