Opening Coin files from Jun 10, 2022 YouTube

Still learning all I can about Carbide Create first before moving to 3D PRO.
In the above YouTube there are in the description files to make the coins (Creating Coins with Desktop CNC - YouTube). They are just 2D creations but for some reason I get errors saying I need PRO.
Would anyone let me know what I need to do?
Thank You!

Each design should have two different copies, one which requires Pro, another which doesn’t — if you continue to have difficulties opening all of them (note you’ll need at least build 524) let us know at support@carbide3d.com

DUH!!! I just checked first and last ones. The even files are opening! Thank You!

Did you ever get any coins worked out? I have tried and tried and just can’t get the coins to cut the way the 3d model works out?

Did you stay with 2d or have to go with 3d and if so, can you post any pics?

Thanks

Staying with 2D. These are planned for next winter after Gardening is rapped up.

Appreciate your response. I’m trying to see if 3d will work for me, but having a hard time and just discovered that if you create your design in 3d you waste your time if you have to go back to 2 d, because the file won’t open in 2d even if you delete all the model and tool paths and try to save it. Once you design in 3d, even the trial, your stuck at having to totally redesign from scratch in 2d. Yuck.

Thanks again.
