Orientation of Y axis rail in XXL

In my xxl boxes, there are three rails. One marked SHapeoko is for X
One with only two tapped holes (for the controller) is for the left Y.
The other (for right Y) has 5 holes in one row and one hole offset from that row.
Do the 5 holes go higher than the 1 hole *as shown in photo) when mounted?

Yes, the smaller holes go along the top of the rails (they’re for mounting drag chain hardware).
