It’s not very often that I’ve come across the kind of superb support that Brandon provided to me. I had some very bizarre issues with my Shapeoko 3XL board. He was tenacious in his pursuit of a resolution which he came up with last night.
He never gave up, treated me with the utmost respect and followed up all the time. I’m very impressed. Thank you, Brandon!
Excellent company. I was having some issues awhile back and support really helped. I was impressed.
The Carbide team is excellent! They’ve always known exactly how to fix my problems and are soooo patient with me! Lol!
I’ve had to use support a sparse few times in the last 7 years of Shapeoko ownership, but every time they’ve been on-it. 
So sounds like “Situation Normal”.
