I have been trying to assemble my Shapeoko Pro for over a week. Where do I start:
Received two right transition brackets to not allow drag chain on y axis. Took 5 days to receive parts
Head bracket (one) matches nothing in head brackets in manual (two)
All drag chain wires unmarked. Told to apply heat which might bring the markings out. Does not work
Traced wires by opening drag chains from source. Cannot get anyone to call me back to discuss validity of work.
Sweepy 2.0 install in manual says go to. Yo.tu jumbled up. Takes you nowhere on website
Controller cover almost impossible to install thumb screws on sides. Poorly aligned
During this time I’ve been calling and emailing. Only response is by email. Been trying to talk to a human for over 24 hours.
This I thought would be a fun hobby, so far extremely displeased
