Is there any way in Carbide Motion to pause a job and save that point? Say if you needed to change a cutter and resume, or maybe you needed to pause it for an extended time? Or maybe a way to view the line number that was last completed and a way to start a job at that line number?
No, Carbide Create doesn’t have this feature.
If you’re at a tool change, you can make note of that point and re-generate the .c2d file w/ only the toolpaths which have not yet been cut at that point.

@WillAdams is correct but there are exceptions. If you have the Pro version of CC you can output the gcode. The CM application shows the line number of the gcode updating constantly. You can look up how to reconstitute gcode here on the forum.
