According to a recent review of the iPhone 15:
The iPhone 15 now captures depth information whenever it detects humans, cats or dogs “prominently” in the frame.
Does this mean we could get height maps from the images?
This is known as photogrammetry — not seeing a specific app for this in the release announcement.
