There is a three pin on my board (labeled ‘Reserved’ not ‘Probe’)…highlighted in the picture along with the pin outs that I found elsewhere… Elsewhere it appears only two of the pins are used for a probe…would someone enlighten me, am I looking at the correct connector and which pins would one use? Any information much appreciated…
The reserved connector is used for either a Carbide 3D BitZero or BitSetter which has a 3 pin connector. The ground and switch pins should be the same as the matching pins for the probe connector.

For the probing per se, yes, it’s only a switch after all, but the BitZero and BitSetter also have an LED and that’s where the 5V comes in handy.

Thank you Will and Julien…answered all my questions (for now anyway) May have a few more before this project is done…lol…now off to find a 3 pin Molex KK…
