Unable to add a node to a single curve or poly line.
Steps:
Create curve or poly line with only beginning and end nodes.
Complete line creation
Select new line
Select Node Edit tool
Right-click a point on the new line
Select Add Node from the popup menu
Result: No New Node

It’s safe to say that anything related to node editing should be tested with the beta. There are thousands of lines of code that have been changed to make it more correct.
Hopefully, we’ll have another new build coming tomorrow.
