OK guys so I’m having some trouble with power for the CNC when I turn it on there’s power on the CNC power adapter but nothing for the CNC does not turn on or or anything like that I plug it into the back of the control board and I hear a spark whenever I plug it in even though the adapters off it just has I guess residual power inside is the power adapter or the motherboard bad? Can you guys help me out?
Is your power pendent (e-stop and pause button) plugged into the control box and if so is the e-stop switch/circuit open or closed (on or off). I would also recommend checking all the electrical connectors to make sure that everything is seated properly.
Have you requested assistance from tech support by opening a service ticket?
