I have had a similar experience, where after nudging it a few times, it appears to have initialized and is currently working. I have not contacted support yet, as this is my busy season, and as the old saying goes, if it ain’t broke (right now) don\t fix it! I will revisit this once I’m either past the silly season, or it rears its ugly head again!
Problem happening again today. Just ruined over $200 worth of product with X-axis jamming again. This machine has not worked right since day one, and definitely NOT happy right now…
