These are 2 identical files. Cottage Country 1 was my first project last week. it turned out perfect.
Cottage Country 22 is my second attempt and the Simulation is blurry, it looks like the lettering will be v grooved instead of pocket.
I just noticed that the advance V toolpath on Cottage country 22 time is a lot shorter than Cottage country 1 for some reason even though the speeds are all the same. I would assume that would affect quality.
I also noticed that for some reason Cottage Country 22 the lettering is being instructed to be V carved instead of pocket. I’m obviously missing something here. I must have accidently changed some setting.
You are using v7, please update to v8.

One uses #102, while the other uses #102 DEFAULT for Pocket Clearing, different V tools are used, #30 Vee 30 degrees vs. 30 Degree V groove — do these differ in how they are defined? And the depths are different (0.109 vs. 0.108).

Upon reviewing the simulation, the V-bits appear to differ, potentially explaining the variation observed in the preview.
Consider adjusting the V-bit to match, this should help to resolve the issue in the simulation.
