I’m having an issue with my Carbide Create images carving more narrow than what the actual artwork looks like. Has anyone had this issue and what was your solution?

Is it correctly configured?
I use a FoxAlien Masuter 3S. I know it’s not an option from the choices it gives you when you’re in the SETUP portion but I don’t think that should matter.
You can upload the G-code to https://ncviewer.com to confirm that it matches the preview in Create. (I’m pretty certain it will). Assuming the G-code looks good, your machine is likely configured incorrectly, so you’d need to contact their support to get the correct settings.
