Look for a higher resolution version and import that:
Ungroup Vectors
Deselect what one wants to keep:
and delete it:
Then select:
Group Vectors;
scale and arrange:

For the text, we simply re-draw, starting with a polyline, placing points where they should be (extrema and points of inflection):
Go into Node Edit mode:
Select everything:
s (to smooth)
then adjust for placement of the various nodes.
If need be, convert to Cusp:
and position accordingly.
until one arrives at:
Repeat for the balance of the text.

Where possible, re-set the text in the correct font:
For the balance of the design, draw circles:
and adjust there position and size until things line up:
Then draw geometry which cuts things off where and how seems indicated by the available pixels:
Select the geometry in question:
and use Region Builder to define what one wants:
