What was the order of bits used ? Results are awesome !
Used a 1/4 ball nose for the roughing.
Finish pass was 1/8 ball nose with a 0.008 step over.
Using a 1/16th end mill for the finger joints I cut them with a outside contour and they fit together nicely.
