Can you recut a project that did not cut all the way through? I”t our first project. image

If you don’t remove the project from the table and don’t change the zero, you should be able to recut it with an updated toolpath. It looks like you might have moved the part, so try to get it back in its original spot, and it might be OK.

I have not moved the part so I’m going to go change my contour Max Depth cut and only run that tool path, correct?

Change your start depth as well so you dont cut air until you get to the material

Just a tip…when you are setting up your contour full depth cut use “t” in the max depth and it will cut to the thickness you put in the material setup.

I did this and my bit plunged and fell out. I think my machine is broken, it will not initialize. :person_facepalming:t2:
