I have a file that create three of the same piece. I have run it successfully making numerous pieces. Yesterday I was running it for the third time (same file) and it only would cut one of the three. The bit would not engage the wood the further it went. At first I thought the thickness of tha material may be different. It was not. The board is uniform thickness and had the program worked on the previous run. Thoughts on what may be happening?
Post the file, notes on how you are securing your stock and setting zero relative to it, and a photo of the problem?
Check that the tool isn’t pushing up into the router? Make sure the router isn’t coming lose?
Thank you. I will check the bit and see if that is the issue. If not I will upload the file and picture.
