Nice job on that boot…
The Sweepy Pro is a different boot, altogether…and is tightly integrated with the Z - 90% of the boot (which I already own) is perfect - it’s only the bottom section that needs replacement. Anything you create needs to fit to already printed plastic parts…it will look better if the replacement part is made from plastic.

I should also point out that @Griff printed a boot for me and I’m just waiting on some magnets to test it out. I also want to try the original boot with the spindle mounted a little higher (eliminating the contact between the spindle mount and the Sweepy Pro support bracket) and see if I can recreate the issue I was having with the inner diameter, to finalize the discussion with @Luke .

Yeah, if you are already invested, I can understand. I tried a couple of the plastic versions and found them very lacking for my applications, so I just made this. Easy to use and I can use just about anything for the “brushes”.
Just a thought for future endeavors.

You can use the thumb screws to attach it until the magnets arrive.
