'Reserved' tool numbers?

What tool numbers should users avoid in case C3D want to use them in the future?

Right now C3D is using numbers in the 1xx to 6xx range, but it’s pretty sparse. I think the highest tool # right now is 603.

Can we use 1->99 safely? Is there an upper bound on the C3D tool numbers they are willing to commit to?

I think the safest bet would be to use 2 or 4 digit numbers, since CC seems to use all 3 digits.
