Reset bit setter on Shapeoko 3 STD

I have noticed the bits when using the bit setter are setting now just on the inside of the magnet,to reset do I just go through the initial set up again??Would this indicate an issue with the machine,all belts and pulleys are Ok

Jog over to the middle of the button. Go into the settings and config and use the current position. Dont forget to send config.

Thanks Guy,you would be proud of me just made a spoil board as per your instructions and even made a spare one
