How do you re-size artwork from Library~?
Highlight in CC and select scale. This will allow you to use the node to pull and shape, or you can scale by a percentage. I think this is right?

Import the art:
select Scale:
Drag by the corners (symmetrical) or edges (asymmetric) or enter a dimension or scale factor (number by which one would multiply dimensions):
Done.
