Rest machine is duplicating paths

Hi, I cant figure out why this is happening. Why is the 2nd tool (1mm flat bit) duplicating the path that the 1st tool (2mm flat bit) has already routed out (along the top bar in the picture). The rest of the areas the 1mm bit is working correctly and picking up what the 2mm bit did not get.

-I tried messing around with the stepover settings for the 1mm bit, thinking it may be that, but no luck.

Weird rounding error. Drop your “Previous Diameter” to 1.973 or smaller.
