Resurface waste board with bit setter

I’m getting ready to resurface my waste board. Do I need to go in and disable my bit setter before doing so? If so what is the process? Thanks

Yes, removing the BitSetter is safer when running a resurfacing (i.e. to not inadvertently run the surfacing bit into it)

You can just disable if from CM’s Settings page (uncheck the box)

Just make sure to re-initialize the machine and reset zeroes after you toggle the bitsetter enable box.
