So Ive been having issues with my router plunging beyond programmed limits at the start o a job. I dont know what is causing it to do this, has anyone else experienced this??

Thank you for the reply and link! It measures the tools everytime I change them. I have paid close attention to what order I find the start point to zero axis’, load program, and choose the tooling for the first cut. I’m not sure why it’s doing it.
