Rotating stl in the 3rd dimension instead of only on the bed

I got my nomad 3 (my first cnc a couple days ago) the carbide company is awsome we were able to reach out to them and get the cnc in time for christmas when it would have come on like january 9th. we got carbide create pro all the tools seam awsome but I can not for the life of me figure out how to rotate stls in the 3rd dimension instead of just clockwise and counter clockwise on the bed. I am trying to carve out a head but it is slanted all weird and I need to rotate it by 45 degrees.

Carbide Create does not have an arbitrary rotation feature for 3D STLs when importing them.

You will need to do this in a 3rd party tool such as Microsoft’s 3D Builder App:

and then save the file under a new name and import the rotated version.
