Sorry if this is discussed somewhere but I didn’t have luck searching for it. I would like to make 75 coasters. So in an effort to batch the cutting I would like to mount my 5 pieces of 5"x20" stock. Register zero for each and tell the XXL to run the same job across the 5 different pieces starting at each zero point. Doing it this way I could only run like 4 batches of 5 stock pieces as opposed to mounting and running each piece of stock individually.

There is no way to do it as you have described. Instead, you would need to duplicate the project into one file, then layout the stock on the machine precisely as you have laid it out in the project file, i.e., make and cut multiple copies from one file.
This is why I like the Vectric Product. It is easy use an array or an nesting command. That said, there must be something in Carbide Create that matches this?
I was thinking this would be the answer…it may not be too bad though as I could just use spacers…but let’s be honest…I’ll probably just do them one at a time 
Lay out the 4 pieces as they will sit on the machine, then position your coasters on them
Or program one board, then move the Y zero & cut each board separately.
If the boards are evenly spaced you don’t even have to move the tool to cut the next part. Just change the current Y by your spacing. Say the tool ends the path at X19.5 Y4.75 Z3.908
and your boards are spaced at 5.5". Just subtract 5.5 from the Y4.75, and select the Y value and type in -0.75, telling the machine I am now sitting at Y-0.75, with the Y0 3/4" behind the tool. Then just run the program again. Or, if math is not your thing move the tool to the front edge of the next board & only zero Y.
