Just got my machine assembled and now it won’t power on. Got a hold of support and via video the only issue we could find was a loose power adapter plug on the controller (see photos
I spoke with Oscar in support and he was very polite and said they would send out a new controller as well as a new power pendant.
Has anyone had anything similar or know if this will likely fix my problem. The controller powers on but the machine itself does nothing, which makes me hesitant that this will fix the problem if the controller is getting power.
I just finished my build as well. I am having the exact same problem. My power switch looks exactly like yours does. The plug and the switch both got pushed into the box when I plugged it in. Did a new board fix your problem?
Just to add to this - while I didn’t have any issue with my board turning on, the power section for the controller absolutely popped out of place while I was plugging it in. I was able to get it back in place, luckily, but this should definitely be fixed in future control box iterations for these machines. I’ve been happy with my machine so far, but I was disappointed by this specifically.
