I am trying to make a gift for my friend who owns a bar. The logo I am engraving inV-carve comes out very nice, however the est 2013 portion of it is not engraving. Can anyone provide some guidance on how I can fix this? tell me what I did wrong?

You can carve out the EST 2013 part by increasing your max depth to 0.25".
The toolpath will create a few spines on it that might look odd:
If you have a 1/16" or smaller endmill, you might get a nicer look for the main part with a pocket or inner profile toolpath?

For the main lines, you are cutting approx. 1/8" or so wide:
but for the βEST. 2013β text you are cutting much narrower, scarcely 1/32":
The latter text will be much more easily cut as a solid, rather than an outline:
which is accomplished by deleting the inner geometry:

That, is left as an exercise for the reader β simple matter of a Boolean subtraction and subsequent editing.
