Haven’t used my machine in over a year. thought it best to get the latest updates which I did. When I went to run my machine, got a message that I needed to reconfigure my carbide motion. Ran the prompts but it stalls when I get to the part where carbide motion finds the machine. If after waiting for hours, it never does. sooo I hit the option to configure the machine. It then goes through all the steps and seems like everything is ok only to have the machine go through its homing routine and the z access bury the bit into the spoiler board. Tried tech support but no response.
