Hello again community! I’ve been doing some digging and I keep getting mixed answers back and forth on everything and I would like your guys’s opinion. I have a shapeoko 3 with a 1.5 KW spindle. I am going to be doing aluminum projects soon. I think I have a good feed speed and depth of cut but I would like to hear some suggestions on working with aluminum!
I just use the defaults in Carbide Create with single flute coated endmills.
