Shapeoko 3 XXL Disconnecting

Hello everyone,

Looking for some advice regarding disconnects with a Shapeoko 3 XXL.

When I run a simple outline cut program, it get’s about 20 seconds in and then disconnects from the computer.

During my trouble shooting I disconnected my bit runner, disconnected my dust collection, and removed my dewalt router. As the machine stands right now it is just the Shapeoko with no mounted router, splindle, or dust collection.

I’m using a Tripp Lite U023-006 6 Feet USB 2.0 A/B Device Gold Cable with Ferrite Chokes as my USB cable. The usb cable does not cross any power lines on the way to my computer.

I’ve also run ground wires connecting the Z assembly, to the X rail, and then to the Y rails.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
