Yesterday I made several successful cuts with the machine. I loaded up a new file and when it went through the initialization process as usual until it stopped before pushing the bitsetter button. everything went normal until on the way down to press the button, the z axis motor started grinding until it faulted out and I got the error screen. When going into jog I can still move the z axis down all the way without any issue. however this issue now happens each time I run the initialization sequence. At the same point in the process, every time.
Looked through the forums and saw where people had issues with the spring. My spring is good. The z axis sensor is working as well. All of the perimeters for the machine are the same as before. I double and triple checked. Not sure what the issue is. Any help is appreciated!
