New to CNC, so I might be in here a lot asking questions. But to start, when I’m putting the Y Belt on, after I have secured the starting end, looped it around the pullies, and then fed through the rear clip. I still have about 20 inches of belt left over. Is this because I have XL and the belts are cut for XXL? Should I trim the belt length, or did I do something wrong when assembling? Thanks in advance for any help.
To eliminate one source of packaging errors, belts are all cut to XXL length, so excess length should be trimmed when assembling an XL as noted in the directions.
