Shapeoko 5 4x4 wiggly lines

I am having is running my first carve on my Shapeoko 5 4x4. I keep getting some wiggly lines, I am not sure what would cause this issue. Some letters are straight and normal then I will get some wiggly lines. I will attach a picture showing what I am talking about.

4x4 mistake 1

fafo mistake 2

Is your machine mechanically sound with everything related to motion and in place?

What tool are you using?

In what sort of toolpath?

Could you post the .c2d file?

It could be a loose hex nut in the gantry. Check while the machine while on if your x y and z axis are rigid. If not you have something loose that needs tightening and it could have loosened after the homing process. Just a guess.

Looks like something could be loose. With your machine powered on (minus the router/spindle of course), try moving all your axis by hand. Give them all a little rock back and forth. If you have any loose bolts you’ll find them.
