Anyone in Maryland, Washington DC area. I would like to see what other users are doing and see how they have tuned their machines as well as evaluating my setup.

Michael, we have an XXL at the Annapolis Makerspace.
I have a shapeoko 3 at home, but it’s been sitting idle since I don’t have a great dust control method (and it’s in the basement of my townhouse). I mostly run the nomad currently.
We have a CNC night at the space, and I’m working on getting a better table setup for our XXL. Going to do a new wasteboard with 1/2in MDF then t-track and threaded inserts. Send me a message and I can schedule a time to give you a tour or stop on by Tuesday night for our open house.

That sounds great, I work for Autodesk by the way so ill be curious to see the makerspace.
