Shapeoko Pro XXL Spoilboard overlay

Hi,

I just finished milling a spoil-board overlay for the hybrid table. I thought I might share the carbide create file for anyone else that is looking for one.

Design:

  • 32.75 x 32.75" finished dimensions (32-15/16" rough stock or larger)
  • .75" MDF Stock
  • 2" grid of M6 Threaded inserts (256)
  • 9 Mounting holes into the Hybrid Table (reusing the T nuts and M6x25mm bolts from the work-holding kit that came with the shapeoko)
  • Optional Alignment lines
  • Surfacing Step is also included.

I just made one for myself, Its a 2 sided milling process and It worked really well for me. Hopefully it is of use for someone else.

Awesome Matt! Iā€™m just at the point of needing to replace the stock strips, this looks like an attractive alternative. Thanks a lot.
