Shapeoko Pro z-axis losing zero

Hey everyone so I have had my XL PRO for about a year and half, but all of the sudden the Z-Axis will lose it location and start cutting way to deep to the point it is reaching deep in the MDF board below the project, THe machine will be working fine than all of the sudden it doesn’t know where its at, anybody else seen this problem and possibly have a solution for this? Oh and have the Z motor just random stop going up and down, I had it complete stop yesterday when it was using the bit setter.

Check your connectors, After I eliminated the connectors on my Pro4, I haven’t had that problem since.
I soldered mine, but crimp butt splices would work as well,
