X axis stepper motor not working. How do I get a replacement.
Contact mailto:support@carbide3d.com. They will troubleshoot with you, to determine if the problem is the motor, wiring or controller.
The motor is actually least likely to be the problem.

However, the motors almost never go bad — it’s usually a wiring fault in the wiring connector/extension:
