Good afternoon! So ever since updating this week to Carbide Create Build 464 and Carbide Motion to 513 (GRBL 1.1f) I have been getting a lot of inconsistency during my cuts. One example being, during a pocket cut, the machine decided to go off path and start making random paths in the material. Most recently today with working with some HDPE, not even a minute into the cut, the machine skipped off pattern and began cutting about a half inch higher than the previous pattern.
I’ve also noticed too, that after I set Zero in Carbide Motion, and I want to Jog back to the current X+Y, it does not return to the original/previous Zero location.
I’m not sure what’s going on here as I’ve been diving into all the settings, but can’t find anything out of place. I haven’t had this issue come up yet in the 4 months I’ve had my machine. Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
