This just stared happening to me, when I try to initialize the machine my X axis Iis giving me problems. I tried to replace my X homing switch, with hopes it would fix the problem but no luck.
I thoroughly checked everything, and I did not see anything out of the ordinary. Any tips or possible solution’s would be greatly appreciated. please see video and pictures attched.
Can you confirm that this Y pin being activated is appropriate for the position of the router when you took this photo? It means the machine is triggering one of the proximity switches.
The Y should come on and show on that UI panel when you stick a bit of metal next to the Y proximity sensor.
Correspondingly, the X should come on for the X, and the Z for the Z.
The Y being on when nothing is there and turning off when there is means there’s a wiring issue with that proximity sensor.
On your screenshot, the section that says “GRBL Active Input Pins” as Gerry highlighted. If you hold a piece of metal at the X switch, does it show an “X” on the screen?
