Shapoko 5.1 Pro - Bed 3D Model

I have created the 4’ x 4’ Bed in Fusion 360. I have left out a few details that aren’t important to me, like the machined out sections on the front support rails. I also haven’t added the mounting holes on the bed extrusions. The radiuses are also not accurate. Let me know if anyone finds specific errors. I did make some minor adjustments on the cross rail spacing. I still need to check it against the plywood legs I made.

Update: Aug. 3rd - I have uploaded the Fusion 360 .f3z files.

Did you do this in Fusion? If so, would you be willing and able to share the f3d?

How accurate are the extrusion to base hole locations?

I’ve always wanted to make an aluminum lower vac plenum to replace the extrusions to give me more z height.

They should be very accurate. See my other post for the plywood legs. I used the model for making them.
