I am trying to get to where I can down load the pro version of CC with the one year license.

Most likely you’re trying to use an e-mail provider who won’t forward on our automated and password reset e-mails — if possible, please try a different e-mail address/provider.
I was using my @yahoo account and it would not work. Switched to my @gmail account and it worked immediately
