Slighter Movement of Vectors Using Arrow Keys

I know that you can move vectors by pressing the UP-DOWN-LEFT-RIGHT keys.

By holding the SHIFT key along with using the arrow keys will move them 1/10th.
But is there an even finer way to move like 1/20th or so? It is very hard to move vectors with the mouse at times.

If not, I certainly think that an even finer movement way to move vectors would be helpful.
I am trying to line up some very fine numbers with some lines.

Change the grid to something smaller?

Ah yes. That’s right. Holding the shift and the arrows is 1/10th of the grid. I did not think of that.
