Is anyone else seeing a slowdown in the rapid motion using Fusion 360?
The latest free (personal use) version of Fusion 360 includes this line in the *.nc file:
“(When using Fusion 360 for Personal Use, the feedrate of rapid moves is reduced to match the feedrate of cutting moves, which can increase machining time. Unrestricted rapid moves are available with a Fusion 360 Subscription.)”.
I think I’ve noticed a change in the rate of therapy motion, but have not done any investigation yet.
Yes, it is slower now. On the facing operations (I set climb cutting only), I used to see / hear two distinct travel speeds. Now I don’t notice that anymore. But if really inclined I think you can edit the .nc code manually after your generate them.
